Organisational Leadership
Assure One Four is led by Matt Flynn, an experienced mental health nurse and healthcare professional, specialising in leadership, education and healthcare, with a strong focus on workforce wellbeing. An experienced senior lecturer within a Russell Group university, Matt also holds an MBA and was recently awarded the prestigious title 'Queen's Nurse', Matt combines business acumen with healthcare expertise to solve complex challenges. As a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), he brings strategic vision and leadership to drive organisational success.

His approach fosters positive workplace cultures that enhance performance and engagement.
