OUR PEOPLE
Assure One Four is led by Matt Flynn, a registered Mental Health Nurse and highly accomplished professional with a unique blend of expertise in healthcare, leadership and education.
As a registered mental health nurse, an MBA graduate, CMI Chartered Manager, a senior teaching fellow at a prestigious Russell Group university, and a recently awarded Queen's Nurse (2024), ​​Matt brings an exceptional depth of experience to his work, ensuring businesses can navigate and address the complexities of workforce mental health and wellbeing with confidence.
